We have the ability to write the scope of work for RFPs and will bid a project to multiple vendors. We then analyze the bids to determine if they are comparable and award the bid based on the objectives of the project.

As the project proceeds, or at project completion, we can work directly with you or your lender if draw requests are required, and collect, verify and supply lien waivers, certificates of insurance and contractor and tenant affidavits, if necessary.
