Joe is a Commercial Property Manager at Outlook Management Group. In his life outside of work, Joe enjoys travel, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Who’s your family?
My children – Tessa who’s 16 and Dylan who’s 13. I also have a one-year-old Shiba Inu named Alaska.
When you’re not working, what do you most enjoy doing?
Cooking, traveling and enjoying time with friends and family. I’m also a huge Brewers fan and have been a season ticket holder for the last 15 years.
What’s the best place you’ve ever traveled to, and where else would you like to go?
Paris — I love the atmosphere, landscape, and cuisine. I’d like to visit Tokyo and Seoul.
What’s the most challenging or rewarding thing you’ve ever done?
Backpacking Europe. The only regret I have is not having had more time to travel the countries I was visiting. It was also challenging – communicating in French and Danish was a feat in itself!
What’s your philosophy of life?
Don’t regret having a good heart. All good things come back and multiply. Also, I believe that everything comes to you at the right time. Be patient and trust the process.
Who inspires you to be the best you can be?
My children.
What’s your proudest (non-work) accomplishment in life?
Also my children.
What three words would you choose to describe your best personality traits?
Caring, dedicated, and humble.
Do you have any general life advice you’d share with a teenager or other young person?
Make mistakes, lots of them. Do not rush to grow up. As my parents said it me, you are going to wake up one day and notice that your life flew by. Life and time do not wait for anyone. You cannot control the progression of time, but you have the ability to successfully navigate life as time allows.
